Convertology now a Trademark

The Trademark application for Convertology has passed final examination and is now officially registered. Owning a trademark is an important step in protecting your brand and can be crucial in deciding domain name disputes and for protecting your name from use in pay-per-click advertising by your competitors.

I always tell my clients to secure their trademark where possible. It takes a little while and costs a couple of hundred dollars/pounds/euros however it's well worth it should a dispute over the use of your name occur.
